1. What is the purpose of the website?
We are happy to present this website to provide you with information
about Orphan's Hope, and to offer you compelling opportunities to
be involved in transforming orphans' lives. If you register on our
website, you can receive a variety of updates of your choosing .
You can also make donations to Orphan's Hope on both an automated
regular and on a spontaneous basis in a range of great opportunities.
Orphan's Hope is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Donations are deductible for tax purposes per IRS regulations.
Orphan’s Hope accepts gifts subject to expressed
donor preference in designations. However, in accordance with IRS
requirements, all gifts are given to and treated as belonging fully to
Orphan’s Hope and are subject to its control.
Per IRS regulations, no tax-deductible donations can be passed
through or restricted to benefit any individual, but is given solely
to achieve the charitable purposes of Orphan's Hope. No
good or services are provided by the organization in exchange for
tax-deductible donations.

2. Where and why does Orphan's Hope collect information
on or through the website?
We do not ask you for any personal information if you are just
visiting our website. However, for you to take advantage of some
of our services, we will ask for some personal information. Also
in order to help us continually to learn and improve our content
and services, data is collected in an anonymous and aggregated manner,
for example telling us the number of visitors to certain pages.
Some personal data such as name, address and preferences are collected
when you chose to register on our website, make a donation, or when
you sign up for sponsoring an orphan or home. The data you provide
enables us to give you information in a personalized manner. For
example if you sign-up for team information or our sponsorship program,
you will receive related updates with pictures, news and stories.
Registration and sign-up are completely voluntary. Completing the
optional fields are your choice.
Data such as credit card numbers or other billing information are
collected in order to process your donations.
3. Does Orphan's Hope use cookie information?

Orphan's Hope uses cookie information in order to provide better
content and services to the visitors of our website. Currently this

Orphan's Hope.

In the event you wish to change your donation amount, correct any error,
or be removed from a mailing list, you can call Orphan's Hope

You can request to reverse any transfer in writing within 30 days after the
transfer was made. Agreement with the donor provides that individual or
regular deposits remain in effect until: 1) Donor writes a note or calls Orphan's Hope to end agreement, or
2) Orphan's Hope or their bank, sends them notice that agreement is terminated.
To unsubscribe from emails simply click the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or send us your requst via email.

7. What rules apply if I "click" over to another
website?
Orphan's Hope may choose to link its website to the website of
third parties in order to provide either a particular service or
other useful information to you. Our Privacy and Security statement
no longer applies when you leave the OHI website. Please consult

Orphan's Hope International uses well-recognized and proven technology
for payments. Payment information is transferred by the use of an

Orphan's Hope maintains the right to change or discontinue any
content, aspect or feature, if there is a lack of interest or if
resources can be better allocated to support the needs of the children.
