My name is Jeremy. I am 11 years old from Myanmar. I have an elder brother named John who is 13. My life has been so blessed through Orphans Hope since we arrived at Garden Home in May 2014. I only have life because Jesus saved me. I know and love the living God.

When I was little, both my parents passed away. My grandmother tried to take care of us, but I almost lost my life because she was so poor she could not feed enough for my brother and me. When I was one year old my grand mom even did not have time to clean up my body. I was always lying down on the floor with my dirty clothes, because she had to go to work in the daytime. Sometimes my brother and I were so hungry all day, because we didn’t have any food. Day by day I became so weak, finally one of my neighbors took us to Garden Home.

At that time, I was in a hopeless condition, but Orphans Hope staff took me to hospital and got medical care for me. My Dad, Dal Lian (OHM Director) helped me to be able to walk and get better. I am so grateful to all who love me so much. Below you will see my earlier pictures, and progress of us growing up. I am studying in grade 4 now. My hobby is playing football/soccer. My brother loves to play the guitar. I also want to thank you who support us. Your kind support has given me a chance to really live and know Jesus. Please help other children like me.

Thank you so much.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. Matthew 19:14

Jeremy knows the verse: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28

Don’t Forget: “Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” James 1:27
