One donor asked me recently; “What are the greatest needs you see for orphans right now?

The biggest need is for food for hungry kids. We are getting calls from orphanages that are completely out of food or can only give their children two meals a day of a lean rice porridge due to war in Myanmar.  It is a very great difficulty for many of the homes these days. We provided for two orphanages this week that were without food. We are asking everyone to help as God may put on your heart.

Without dads and moms, they are dependent on God providing through the kindness of people like you for each day’s food.  While we are providing food relief to the orphanages, we are also working hard to provide good nutrition and a greater self-sustainability model, like with the gardens at Garden Home in Myanmar.
