Thank you so much for your prayers and support for Orphan’s Hope during these very difficult times of war in Myanmar. Military conflict is all around, and life has been full of fear, anxiety and distress for three years now counting times of people dealing with covid. Knowing that we have your prayers and support is a great encouragement and helps us keep going. Even in the midst of our hardship, we know God’s gracious presence in our personal lives. We can see His tender care and mercy daily for us and the children.

In April and May we are expecting 12 new orphans under 10 years old to come to Garden Home. Please pray for them and the many children who have lost their parents and home, with nowhere to go.  We are excited have started construction on the new three-story house at Garden Home which when completed can house 32 children and staff.

We are helping at least 13 orphanages each month in Myanmar. Through the pandemic and political crisis, many poor people are suffering hunger.  We receive calls daily from friends and orphanages asking for help with food. Orphanages are dependent on the food, medicines and supplies that Orphan’s Hope provides.

We believe that only God can change these dark times into dawn. Please continue to pray for Orphan’s Hope and the children we care for in Myanmar.
